Agriristoro Alluva and Agriturismo Vento di Maremma

On the coast between Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto is located the Wind farm of Maremma and the Agriristoro Alluva restaurant, suitable for ceremonies and events. The complex is located 800 meters from the wild beach of the Tuscan coast which can be reached by crossing a splendid pine forest and sand dunes. The property, bordering the WWF park Diaccia Botrona and the San Felice Park, also includes 12 hectares of land partly arable and partly olive trees. The renovation was carried out in 2007-2008 in rustic style, with exposed chestnut beams, wooden floors and exposed stone. The agriturismo can accommodate about 22 people but, in case of need, it is possible to accommodate them in greater numbers by relying on nearby agritourism facilities. It is composed of 5 independent double rooms with veranda and services and 3 two-room and three-room apartments, equipped with bathroom, kitchen-living room and private veranda. All rooms and apartments have independent entrances and are surrounded by a large garden with 2 swimming pools. The restaurant can accommodate about 100 people inside and the same number outside under a covered veranda for a total of about 200 people. The room has direct access to the outside through sliding glass windows that overlook the garden. On the first floor there is a splendid covered terrace with a 360 ° panorama, usable for aperitifs, relaxation, photo shooting or as a common space for conferences and meetings. For some years now we have been organizing weddings and more recently also gatherings for various clubs (Harley Davidson, Fiat 500 d'Epoca, etc.), with aperitif, dinner, live music. Since 2012 the Zero Orientation Amateur Sports Association has been based at the agriturismo, which promotes various sports activities aimed at getting to know the Maremma better, also in collaboration with local associations. From the enduro and maxi-enduro bikes, from the horse to the mountain bike, from the canoe to the surf, our guests can choose between various "packages" or personalize their stay.
