Ares apartments is a holiday home located on the second floor of an ancient building of the 1800s, which still preserves the architectural elements of the past, located in front of the temple of Apollo, in the pulsating heart of Ortigia. The property consists of several independent housing units, with separate entrances, but communicable from the inside, in order to create a single apartment of 140sqm that can accommodate up to 11 people. The first apartment (4 beds) is distributed on two levels, and consists on the lower level of a large entrance, a bedroom furnished with elegant classic style furniture, on the second level (which is accessed through a spiral staircase of wrought iron), there is a large living area with a kitchenette equipped with kitchen utensils, a dining table, a bathroom with shower and bidet, and a splendid terrace at the level from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the temple of Apollo and its characteristic market of neighborhood. The second apartment (3 beds) consists of a bedroom, living area with kitchenette equipped with kitchen utensils, dining table, bathroom with shower and bidet. To the apartments it is possible to add another large bedroom (4 beds) furnished with a double sofa bed, 2 single beds or a double bed and a wardrobe.
