La Fontana bed and breakfast is located in the center of the town of Intermesoli, a small mountain village in the Municipality of Pietracamela in the province of Teramo, the northernmost of Abruzzo. The town is situated on the eastern slope of the Gran Sasso and immersed in the green of the woods. The house is in stone, the terracotta floor, the wooden double-glazed windows and the finished rooms furnished with wooden furniture, which give guests the pleasant sensation of a welcoming and comfortable environment. In the tavern there is a wood-burning oven and in the living room there is a thermal fireplace, which in winter is a source of heating and hot water for the whole house. The structure consists of a small kitchenette, a living room and a tavern on the ground floor, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms on the first floor and an attic on the second floor. It is fully furnished and equipped with appliances, crockery, bathroom and bedroom linen. A garage for one parking space is also available. The environment, the quiet and the nature, which predominates here, regulate the life of men and create the ideal atmosphere for the return to a dimension of serene simplicity and a less frenetic pace of life.
