One of the few examples of a "house for the citizen", documented by the Estimo of 1622, remained unchanged in its original structure; after some ownership changes, it was purchased by Ranieri Gentili in 1911, to transfer the family pasta factory operating since the first half of the 800 and make it the residence of the family, which still lives there. The villa with the façade exposed to midday characterized by a double staircase in pietra serena, spread over three floors of about 300 square meters each; the ground floor used as a B&B, the first to be the residence of the owners, the second left to free use. The property surrounded on three sides by a garden of 5000 square meters,? completed by a coeval stable and a hut. Are all environments characterized by great simplicity? in architectural lines, some like the entire second floor, the stable, the cellar, have remained unchanged for more than a century and therefore allow us to really take a step back in time.
