The Costume Gallery? located in the Palazzina della Meridiana of Palazzo Pitti. With about six thousand pieces, including ancient and modern clothes, accessories and theatrical costumes, you can consider the only museum of the history of fashion in Italy and one of the most important internationally. In the museum windows? presented a wide selection of clothes and accessories from the eighteenth century to the present, which is renewed every two years, replacing the items on display with other items taken from the warehouse. Frequent temporary exhibitions illustrate particular sectors of the collections. The Florentine Polo Museums are not just places where culture and beauty are preserved. They are also spaces where?
