The dwelling is situated on the south-eastern shore of the lake. After the gate, take an Italian-style driveway of about "150 meters"; on the right, the lake, on the left, some stone buildings perfectly integrated into the environment: from the greenhouse for flowers, to the outbuilding with an external wood-burning oven. The park of the property merges lawns and Mediterranean woods (secular poplar, oak, acacia, magnolia, cypress, juniper ...). An imposing magnolia and an ancient Etruscan well decorate the relaxation area of the garden which also has a guest bathroom.
