It is a 16th century stone farmhouse with a frescoed dovecote tower. It is located in a property of 3 hectares on a hill overlooking the lake Aia. In the garden there is? a panoramic pool overlooking the lake and the city of Terni in the distance. The farmhouse? surrounded by an olive grove and a garden with lawn equipped with table and chairs, barbecue, hammock, relaxation gazebo with fireplace, bowling green. The wooden solarium of the pool? equipped with sun umbrella, sunbeds and outdoor hot shower. Inside we find on the first floor a large living room with fireplace and satellite TV; a kitchen with fireplace, dishwasher, microwave oven; a small study and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi.
