It is rented for periods of at least one week from June to September and also daily and mid-week also for work or other reasons, in the remaining period of the year, or for the entire winter season, a stone house with a view, as shown in the photo, arranged on two floors with 4 beds. The House ? located in the hills of Viareggio, where can you? admire a splendid sea view, at a height of 300 meters. Upstairs there? inserted a kitchen wall, a large seating area with fireplace, 37 inch super hd television with satellite and terrestrial digital. Matched DVD player with USB input. The built-in kitchen, built with respect for the destination of the house,? composed of a sink with marble drainer, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, each with a private bathroom, pink and green, matching the respective rooms, complete with bid? and shower. In one of the two bathrooms? mail the washing machine. Outside there is a garden of about 50 meters with a barbecue and a table with five seats in wood and wrought iron. The same rooms are accessed either from an internal staircase or from the outside with their own key. Prices per week are: In the months of July and August, 500 euros more? 50 of final cleaning and consumption. These last services will be paid separately at the time. Departures and arrivals, in weekly periods, on Saturday or Sunday with time to be established according to your needs.
