The villa has belonged to the Sanquirico family since 1700 and today presents itself with the original structure and nineteenth-century structure, dating back to the last final renovation; the subsequent maintenance and adaptation interventions to the needs modern have not altered the original features that allow you to meet and relive the atmosphere of the ancient manor house. On three sides (east, south, west) it is surrounded by gardens shaded by centuries-old trees: the open areas are ideal for outdoor installations. In the central body of the Villa there are the frescoed Rooms of the Epoch, with original cherry parquet floors and Ligurian-style ceramic tiles: from the French windows you can directly access the terraced balcony and the garden. In the adjacent rustic building, the Salone del Torchio is located on the ground floor, communicating with the outside through a portico and on the first floor the Salone delle Capriate characterized by ceilings with exposed beams and Piedmont tiles.
