Located in the Naviglio Grande area of Milan, W37 is a Concept Space inserted in a context of industrial archeology, with a contemporary loft inside, and ideal as an event location, including exhibitions, workshops, temporary showrooms, presentations of product, video and photo productions, parties and corporate events. Originally part of the 1920 factory where the Richard Ginori company created luxury porcelain and ceramics, W37 is now an open space able to offer industrial charm and the most modern technologies, thanks to adaptable spaces for every occasion, green areas and internal parking. Particular attention was paid to the maintenance of the original industrial architecture, preserving elements such as the supporting columns, the large windows and the concrete beams reminiscent of the old factories. The nearly 600 square meters of the structure include: ¥ More than 440 square meters of exhibition areas ¥ two backstage rooms on mezzanines ¥ two interior furnished gardens ¥ an office / meeting room area ¥ two double garages of relevance The showroom, physically conceived as unique, has walls modular, allowing you to divide it into two parts, making it adaptable to different customer needs. The wood-effect porcelain stoneware for the floors, the soft colors of all the rooms, the warm lights of the interiors and the natural colors, the real protagonist, which penetrates through the large windows, are the elements that characterize the interiors and that generate in the guest a feeling of harmony and well-being.
